Roz Wade joined Kantar Worldpanel in 2010 and has spent five years analysing consumer behaviour within the personal care industry; working with manufacturers such as Unilever, P&G, L’Oreal and J&J both locally and globally. The primary data source used is a diary based panel which continually records actual weekly user routines and behaviours of personal care amongst a demographically representative sample in key global markets. Utilising this data and her expertise, Roz can help her clients to better understand end consumers’, their key needs and motivations for use. The insights she delivers to her clients helps to influence and shape business strategies from media and marketing to NPD and retailer listing arguments.
