Biography

Nicole Rosik is an Applications Chemist in the Personal Care team at Innospec, where she specialises in performance testing, formulation development and the delivery of customer‑facing technical events. She enjoys the hands‑on nature of formulation science and collaborating with customers to translate innovation into practical solutions. Prior to joining Innospec, Nicole completed an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) at the University of Birmingham in partnership with Innospec and her research was focused on investigating the physicochemical characteristics of artificial sebum for sustainable cleansing.
