Biography

Stefan Liebig studied Chemistry at the university of Cologne, Germany and received his PhD in 2012. He joined Evonik in 2012 as R&D manager for cosmetic raw materials and took over a position in the biotechnology R&D department after three years. In July 2020 he started working in the applied innovation team for cosmetic applications where he is currently responsible for product development in the field of cleansing including the biosurfactant portfolio of Evonik.
